In order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, and to determine the obligations of real and legal persons who process personal data, we would like to inform you as TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. as the "Data Controller" in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677.
TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. maintains its system infrastructure and internet presentations at the most reliable level to protect the confidentiality of personal information received from customers and/or customer representatives.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. processes, stores and transfers personal data that it deems necessary, to the extent permitted by legal regulations, in addition to the information it is obliged to obtain from customers and customer representatives, only for the purpose of providing the best service and product it aims to provide. In this context, personal data is processed within the scope of purposes such as providing our company's products and services and carrying out necessary works, contacting you regarding our products and services if you give your explicit consent, carrying out marketing activities, carrying out customer acquisition studies and sharing offers regarding our products and services, making necessary reports and examinations within the scope of company activities.
Collection and Legal Reason of Personal Data
TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. can obtain personal data of customers and/or customer representatives from all kinds of written, verbal and electronic media, third parties and legal authorities.
Transfer of Processed Personal Data
TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. can share with third parties in Turkey and abroad from which it receives services for the purpose of providing its service and product, with persons and institutions from which it receives service and/or consultancy, with business partners with whom it has signed contracts, and with third parties with whom it carries out joint studies, provided that the choice of making a confidentiality agreement belongs to TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc.
TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. is required to keep records and documents related to transactions with its customers for a certain period of time within the scope of legal regulations; if you request the deletion or destruction of your personal data or their anonymization, this request will be fulfilled by TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. after the period determined by legal regulations; however, during this period, your personal data will not be processed and will not be shared with third parties except for obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations and contracts.
Rights of the Data Subject Whose Personal Data is Processed
If the party to this agreement is a natural person, the customer, and if it is a legal person, the customer's representatives can exercise the following rights regarding their personal data by applying to TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK:
- Learning whether personal data is processed,
- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Requesting correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Requesting notification of the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests transmitted within this scope will be concluded free of charge by TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. within the latest thirty days. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our company will be charged.

In this context, written applications on the subject will be accepted after identity verification is performed by us, and the relevant parties will be responded to within legal periods.
