Customer Financing
Our Customer Financing System offers a powerful solution for both sides of trade—accelerating collections for sellers while providing flexible payment opportunities for buyers.
Here's how it works:
- The seller issues an invoice and uploads it to the TCI Customer Financing Portal.
- The buyer selects the preferred maturity and financing institution, initiating the financing process. The financed amount is transferred directly to the seller via EFT.
- The transaction is finalized irrevocably on the seller's side. Once payment is confirmed, the seller ships the goods.
- At the end of the term, the buyer repays the principal and interest (or maturity difference) directly to the financial institution, as per the agreed plan.
